Full Refund for cancellations before 14 days of the first day of a scheduled stay.
Half Refund for rental charges and full cleaning fee refund before 7 days of the first day of a scheduled stay.
No refund for rental charges and full cleaning fee refund for 7 days or less before the first day of a scheduled stay.
Half rental fee to reserve a stay, with full balance of rental and cleaning fees due 14 days prior to the first day of a scheduled stay, failure to pay balance on time will cause full refund and cancellation of stay.
